Groomer
Katherine has a cat named Skunk and two self-sustaining tanks. She enjoys doing hair, hiking, gardening, cooking, and festivals. Her motto for life is "slow and steady wins the race," and she believes that a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon calms her after a long day.
She gets through her day by not losing hope and staying positive. She meditates, does yoga, spreads smiles and laughter, accomplishes new goals, and gets her rest.
Katherine's favorite part of working in the veterinary grooming field is seeing new dog faces, getting lots of kisses, and having furry friends to see in the morning. She also enjoys learning in the field, like recognizing changes in behavior, watching for lumps and bumps, and making them more comfortable if matted. She loves making them look and feel good when they go home!
