GERIATRIC ANESTHESIA
  • Sevoflurane gas, which is the same anesthetic gas used in children, is used in our geriatric anesthetics. This is used because of its fast and safe induction and recovery periods.
  • Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is also required within eight weeks of the anesthetic procedure to ensure proper organ function.
